Finally i ve found a way to upload a GIF image in my blog... The best gif i have ever seen...

Gif's cannot be added as ordinary pictures in your blog. If it is uploaded as an ordinary image the gif stands still. I googled my question and found the answer in some tips and tricks blog. The method goes like this

• START( This sounds like an algorithm!!! right?)
• First you need a "photobucket" or "picasa" account.
• Upload your image in the site.
• There will be an image code or an HTML code for your picture.
• copy and paste it in your blog.
• DONE

Two guys were hiking through the jungle. When they saw a tiger about to pounce one of the guys immediately took a pair of NIKE shoes from his bag.

The other one asked...

"Do you really think these shoes are going to help you run faster than the tiger?"

He replied...

"I dont have to run faster than the tiger. All i have to do is just to run faster than you."

A real story... Most of you would have got this as a forward mail...

A Car fell into the water in this shore. An attempt was made to take the car out. See the pathetic situation of the rescuers.

You can see a person standing on the car in the water.
A crane was bought to rescue the car.
Though the car was half way in air... The first tragedy happened...
Alas !!!... The Crane too fell in water...
Pathetic... Is nt it ?
A bigger crane was brought next...
The first car was rescued safely...
The first crane was then to be rescued...
It was a good attempt. But Alas!!! the second tragedy...
That is wat you call "FATE"... பரிதாபம் has its meaning explained in the pictures...

I am proud of my Father...

This post is something related to my personal life. My dad, Mr. S.Sekar, is working as DGM in BSNL. I am very proud to call him "MY DAD". He is very sincere and dedicated to his work. The best appreciation one can receive is through people's views and words and not by mere money. One of my father's customers has written about my dad in his blog. I was very happy when i read that post. Here is the post...

Miracle Man of Coimbatore(original post)

I am of the firm opinion that any good service of a public servant shall be duly recognised and appreciated.Have you ever heard of a public servant phoning you early morning and late in the night asking you whether your problem is attended and solved by the department? I had the opportunity of hearing this pleasant experience a few days back. One of my friend met the Deputy General Manager of BSNL(broadband) Coimbatore Mr.Sekar in connection with non functioning of modem which he rented from BSNL for broadband connection. After testing the modem and confirming that it is faulty he immediately called the stores department to get a new modem for replacement. As the ready stock was not available he went to the extent of giving my friend his personal modem as a short term arrangement and told him that new modem will be installed the same day evening. My friend told him that he can wait till the evening and left his office with the hope that his net connection will be back by evening. To his surprise there was a call from the DGM a few hours later asking him whether the new modem is installed. He said no. He assured that this will be done the same day itself. At about 7 am the next day there was a call from DGM again asking him about the modem. He said no. At about 11 am there was a call from the department JE stating that the modem was ready and he was asked to collect it. He collected the modem. After a few hours the concerned engineer came to my friend’s house and installed and saw to it the net connection was working. In the meantime there was two calls from Mr.Sekar one to confirm the receipt of modem and the next one to confirm the proper working of the modem and the net connection. My friend says that in his long association with government and public servants this is the first time in his life he has come across a person with public service as his only ambition.
Hats off to this gentleman. I record my sincere appreciation for his dedicated service. If only we have such officers thoroughout India, imagine how all of us will be. Hope BSNL Coimbatore gives due recognition to the service mind of this gentleman.

"Open With" Virus !!!

In some computers, when we double click a drive we get the "open with" dialog box. This is because of an unwanted file residing in the computer. Its name is "autorun.inf". To delete the file and restore the old operation of a drive opeing in the same window do the following steps.

1. Select START --> RUN.
2. enter "cmd" and press enter.
3. Type the drive name in which you ve the problem and click enter.
(say if the problem is in C drive enter "C:\")
4. Enter "attrib -s -h - r *.inf".
5. Enter "del *.inf".

Now try opening the drives.
I had the problem in my computer. Now i deleted the autorun.inf file and now the problem is solved. Try it!!!
